Removal of Personal Belongings: Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and valuables from their vehicle prior to the detailing service.
Vehicle Condition: Customers must ensure the vehicle is in a condition suitable for detailing and that the service location is safe and free from hazards.
Notification of Issues: Customers should inform the detailer of any pre-existing damage, ceramic coatings, or specific areas they do not want cleaned before the service begins. Precision mobile details llc will not accept any liability for any loss or damage to any personal property including the vehicle being serviced, any belongings contained inside the vehicle or the location of the service.
Car Seat Removal: Detailers will not remove or install car seats or custom equipment.
Time Estimates: Detailing times are estimates only and can vary based on the vehicles condition and services requested.
No Rush Policy: We prioritize quality over speed, and requests to rush the service may lead to appointment cancellation or rescheduling.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept most credit/debit cards, cash and Zelle. Payments made in person with debit or credit cards are subject to a 2.6% tax per transaction. Payments made with debit or credit cards online are subject to a 2.9% tax per transaction.
Rescheduling/Cancellation: Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hrs of the appointment may result in a fee.
An appointment is defined as (1) scheduled car. Bookings with multiple cars will be subject to multiple cancellation fees. ( i.e A $500 booking with 5 appointments at $100 each cancelled after the approved time frame can be subject to a $250 cancellation fee.)
Video and Photography : We have your permission to take pictures or video of your vehicle for marketing purposes. These will never be sold or given to third parties.

I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT BY BOOKING ONLINE/OFFLINE, MAKING AN APPOINTMENT BY PHONE OR IN PERSON, I VOLUNTERILY SURRENDER "PRECISION MOBILE DETAILS LLC" AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES, MEMBERS, AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM ALL CLAIMS OR CAUSES OR ACTIONS AND AGREE TO VOLUNTARILY GIVE UP ANY RIGHT THAT I HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION AGAINST "PRECISON MOBILE DETAILS LLC" FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
